GERMAN DUMPLINGS 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk

Mix all ingredients so no lumps remain. Drop small bits from a teaspoon into boiling beef or chicken stock. Boil rapidly for 5 minutes.
