BUTTERMILK JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. boxes or 1 lg. box Jello (any flavor, sugar free or reg.)
1 med. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. buttermilk
1 lg. container Cool Whip Topping

In saucepan mix dry Jello and pineapple. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool, then stir in Cool Whip and buttermilk. Mix well. Pour in dish or mold. Chill overnight. If you are watching your sugar in take, use pineapple in its own juice.
