MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Milk Recipe (original salad dressing) mix
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. beef broth

Combine beef and salad dressing mix. Shape into meatballs. Melt butter; brown meatballs. Add broth. Cover and simmer until cooked through (10-15 minutes). Serve warm with toothpicks.
