WEDDING COOKIES 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sifted flour
1 c. pecans, ground
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. 10X sugar
1/2 tsp. orange or almond extract

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine butter, flour, pecans, 1/4 cup 10X sugar and extract in food processor. Pulse on/off until balls are formed, or beat butter and 1/4 cup 10X sugar in bowl with mixer until fluffy. Stir in flour, then pecans and extract.
