HONEY AND DUCK SAUCE CHICKEN 
2 - 3 lb. chicken pieces
Garlic powder
8 oz. honey
16 oz. duck sauce

In a large stewing pot set at medium high (on the stove), or 350 to 375 degrees for an electric stewing pot, brown all the chicken sprinkled to taste with garlic powder. Cover and let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. Add honey and cook for another 20 minutes at medium low to low (depending on stove or electric pot), stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. Now add the duck sauce and raise the heat, stir 2 or 3 times so that the sauce is evenly distributed, for about 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
