1 c. water 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 4 eggs 2 sm. pkgs. French vanilla pudding (instant) 2 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. whipped topping TOPPING: 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate 2 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. powdered sugar Boil water and butter. Take off heat and dump flour in all at once. Stir until forms a ball. Let stand 10 minutes. Beat eggs in one at a time. Bake on greased jelly roll pan 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust. Drizzle or spread chocolate topping on pudding. Chill. |
