SEAFOOD SALAD 
3 c. med. shell pasta
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 unpeeled cucumber, sliced
3 tbsp. sliced green onions
1/2 lb. shelled cooked shrimp
1 c. crabmeat
Chives

Cook pasta; cool under cold water; drain. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; toss. Combine mayo, milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Pour over pasta. Chop 1/2 cucumber, add to pasta with onions, shrimp and crab meat. Toss gently. Slice remaining cucumber; garnish salad with cucumber and chives. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan. (May also season with garlic salt and fresh ground pepper.)
