TOOTSIE ROLLS 
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. dry milk
1 square baking cocoa, melted
1/4 c. corn syrup
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Add a dash of salt and work with hands until soft. Roll into logs or small balls.
