STRAWBERRY - NUT JELLO MOLD 
2 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 lg. can sliced peaches (crushed & drained)
2 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced strawberries (defrosted)
1 c. chopped pecans, optional
1 pt. sour cream

Dissolve Jello with water in large bowl. Add all other ingredients except sour cream and mix well. Put half of this mixture in Jello mold (7 cup size) and chill until firm. Spread sour cream layer in mold. Add remaining Jello mixture and chill until firm.
