MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 sm. onion, minced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. parsley, minced
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Form into 20 (1 1/2 inch) balls. Place in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven 20 minutes or until brown.
