YOGURT POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. lemon yogurt
1/3 c. milk
3 c. all-purpose flour (Gold Medal)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Soften butter, add sugar; mix. Have eggs at room temperature. Add 1 cup flour, 2 eggs, and mix. Add another cup flour and mix with 2 more eggs. Add flour, yogurt, milk, and blend with 1 egg. Add 1 cup flour, milk, and extract on low; mix. Spray cake pan with Pam and bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
