“CHEESE CAKE” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  CHERRY CREAM PUFF RING

CHEESE CAKE 
Crust:

18 graham crackers, crushed (1 1/4 cups)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter

Combine ingredients, press into an 8-inch springform pan or pie plate.

Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes.

Filling:

2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup sugar

Beat cream cheese lightly. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat well.

Spread mixture over baked crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Cool for 1 hour before spreading the topping. Refrigerate before serving.

Topping:

1 cup dairy sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine ingredients for topping, blending until smooth. Spread over cooled filling.

Makes 8 servings.

Pretty good recipe instead of Graham cracker crust I did chocolate chip cookie crust and bake for 50 mins and baked giant cookie on top

I baked this cheese cake, just to try and see how to make it. I'm really not fond of cheese cake but I tried it and I LOVED IT!!! I just let mine cook for 45-50 minutes...

This came out great. I let it bake for about 40 min also put cinnamon sugar on top of frosting and let sit in freezer for about 10 minutes.
