3 c. flour
1 c. shortening
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. milk

Mix together flour, shortening, baking powder, soda and salt as pie crust, then add eggs, vanilla, sugar and milk. Stir well, roll dough 1/4" thick on floured board. Cut out cookies. Bake at 350 degrees until done but DO NOT LET BROWN.
