CHICKEN IN FOIL
1 broiler, cut into 4 parts, or 4 leg-thigh pieces
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. paprika
4 tbsp. butter
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, bit and pieces, or whole, drained
1/2 c. milk

Place each piece of chicken on large square of foil. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon dry soup mix. Divide the paprika and mushrooms among the 4 servings. Then sprinkle with the milk, dividing evenly among them. Bring up foil to seal around chicken, and cook in oven or on grill about an hour. To serve, open foil and serve on dinner plate like a baked potato (baked potatoes are good with this). A sauce forms on the chicken as it cooks. If you really prefer white meat, there is not reason you cannot use it, but that takes a somewhat shorter time to cook, so test it before serving.
