MARTHA'S FANCY CHICKEN LOG 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tbsp. bottled steak sauce
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 c. minced cooked chicken
1/3 c. minced celery
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped toasted almonds (or pecan chips)

Beat together first 3 ingredients. Blend in next 2 ingredients. Add 2 tablespoons parsley. Refrigerate remaining parsley if using fresh. Shape mixture into a ball or a 9-inch log. Wrap in plastic and chill 4 hours or overnight. Toss together remaining parsley and nuts. Coat log. Serve with crackers. Makes about 3 cups.

I use slivers of almonds and fresh parsley and make a log-shape. Also, Triscuits work well for crackers.
