BING CHERRY SALAD 
No. 2 can dark sweet pitted cherries
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
2 pkg. standard size cream cheese
No. 2 can pineapple rings or chunks, in heavy syrup
2 bottles Coke, chilled
1 c. cherry juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. water

Mix cherry juice, pineapple juice and water; bring to a boil. Turn off heat and add Jello, mix until well dissolved. Put mixture in a mold or large flat Pyrex bowl. Add cherries (halved) and pineapples (cut into 1/8 inch pieces). Add Coke, real slow. Cut cream cheese into small pieces and put on top of mixture.
