CHICKEN DIVAN 
3 boneless chicken breasts
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears or cooked fresh broccoli
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Velveeta cheese

Cook broccoli. Put broccoli on bottom of 13"x9" pan. Cook chicken. Lay on top of broccoli (cut up in pieces if desired). In bowl, mix chicken soup, mayo, lemon juice and add broth to a creamy consistency. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Cut slices of Velveeta cheese and put over chicken soup mixture. Serve over rice or noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be frozen.
