CHICKEN ENCHILADAS | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can boned chicken 1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated 1 onion, sliced 1 sm. can green chiles 1 pkg. tortillas In a large saucepan, combine soup, chicken, onion, and chiles. Mix well and heat thoroughly. Place tortillas in a baking pan; spread chicken sauce on tortillas. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Heat in a 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
