MARINATED ASPARAGUS 
1 can asparagus
3 tbsp. liquid from canned asparagus
2 tbsp. sugar
1 sm. onion, sliced & separated
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix asparagus liquid, sugar, vinegar, allspice, oil and salt. In a 9"x9" pan, line up the asparagus. Pour liquid over the asparagus and top with onions. Cover with Saran Wrap and marinate at least 8 hours.
