CHILI CORN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. soft butter
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1 (7 oz.) can chilies, diced
3 c. Jack cheese, grated

Mix butter and Bisquick; add milk, eggs, and corn. Mix until moist. Pour 1/2 mixture into 8 x 8 inch pan, greased. Lay green chilies on Bisquick mixture. Cover with cheese. Spread remaining Bisquick mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
