2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1 pkg. gravy mix
1 c. milk
6-8 sm. potatoes, cut up

Mix all ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Shape into a loaf. Place potatoes, wrapped in foil, around loaf in baking dish. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
