RED HOT PORK 
8 pork chops or 4 pork steaks
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. water

Cut pork into 1 inch cubes, trimming and discarding extra fat. Brown in non-stick skillet without oil or butter. Combine all ingredients with pork in skillet. Cover and simmer over low heat 1 hour. Sauce may be thickened before serving using 2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup water. Serves 4.
