BREAD STUFFING & HADDOCK | |
2 c. soft bread crumbs 1 tsp. grated onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. water 3 to 4 lbs. haddock, cleaned, whole Combine stuffing mixture lightly. Place stuffing in fish. Skewer to hold together. Lay brown paper on cookie sheet. Place fish on paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until fish is flaky. |
