SWEET POTATO CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine crumbs and butter, press into bottom of 9 inch spring pan. Melt marshmallows with milk in double boiler or saucepan, stir until smooth. Chill until slightly thickened, mix until blended. Whip potatoes with orange juice, vanilla and spices. Combine softened cream cheese and potato mixture beating until well blended and fluffy, 3 to 5 minutes. Whip in marshmallow mixture, fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust, chill.
