SWEDISH COCONUT COOKIES 
3 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In small mixer bowl stir together vanilla wafers, melted butter and vanilla. Press on bottom of greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle coconut, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over top. Pour milk over top; sprinkle with nuts. Bake for 20 to 27 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Makes about 3 dozen bars.
