CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING 
3 tbsp. baking cocoa
2 c. milk
2 c. bread pieces
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 beaten eggs

Scald the cocoa and milk. Add the bread pieces. Take from stove and add the sugar, salt and eggs.

Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
