SWEDISH VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, cubed
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickle
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced

Cook vegetables as directed. Combine vegetables, cheese, pickle, mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir well, refrigerate at least 2 hours. Place in a serving dish and garnish with egg slices. Serves 4 to 6.
