PIZZA CHICKEN | |
2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts 1 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. oregano 4 oz. can mushroom stems & pieces, undrained 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese Season chicken with onion salt and pepper. Arrange in a shallow baking dish. Combine other ingredients, except cheese. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serves 8. 203 calories per serving. |
