SUGARLESS PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (#2 1/2) can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
5 tsp. Sweet n Low
2 cans evaporated milk
1 tsp. lemon extract

Combine pumpkin, sweetener and spices. Beat eggs and add to pumpkin mixture. Add milk and flavoring. Stir well and pour into unbaked pie shells. Makes 3 (9 inch) pies or 4 (8 inch) pies. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
