SPICED STEAK & PEPPERS 
1 1/2 lbs. steak
Oil
1 med. onion, sliced
2 peppers (strips)
1 c. beer
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. ginger
Pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tomatoes

Cut meat into strips. Brown about 5 minutes. Add onions and green pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 1/2 hour. Blend next 3 ingredients and stir into meat mixture. Stir until thick. Add tomato wedges. Serve over rice. Serves 4 to 5.
