JEAN'S QUICHE 
1 pie crust
1 1/2 c. broccoli
6 strips bacon
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. light cream

Prepare crust. Cook broccoli. Cook bacon crisp. Drain excess fat off on paper towel. Sprinkle bottom of crust with bacon, broccoli and Mozzarella cheese. Beat eggs and light cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over pie. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees until fluffy and golden. Yields 8 servings.
