BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/4 c. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. melted butter
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3-4 bananas
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts
Strawberries or cherries

Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1 1/4 cups butter. Line a 9 x 12 inch pan with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool. Combine powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla, 3/4 cup melted butter. Beat 5 minutes. Pour over crumbs. Drain crushed pineapple. Place on top of filling. Slice the bananas on top of the pineapple. Top with softened Cool Whip. Decorate top with nuts and strawberries or cherries. Refrigerate for 24 hours or overnight.
