BONNIE'S RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 box Raisin bran, 15%
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk (or sour milk)
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 tsp. baking soda

Combine in large bowl or pan all ingredients. Mix well with spoon. Let set 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator.

Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 20 minutes. Use as needed. Good for 5 weeks stored covered in refrigerator. Yields 5 dozen.
