BANANA PUDDING 
1 block tofu
3 ripe bananas
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. rice syrup
1/2 c. safflower oil

In blender whip all ingredients. Pour into pudding dishes, then chill overnight before serving.
