CHICKEN CACCIATORE | |
6 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces 2 tbsp. oil 1 tbsp. butter 1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes 3/4 c. red wine 1 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. oregano 1 tbsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. pepper 6 oz. can whole mushrooms Saute chicken in oil and butter. Add everything else. Simmer for 2 hours. Serve over pasta. |
