CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Garlic powder to taste

Marinate chicken wings overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees, basting several times.
