JELLY ROLL 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar gradually. Beat until light and fluffy. Add water and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into greased pan lined with waxed paper.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Turn out immediately onto tea towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Remove wax paper. Spread with jelly. Roll cake up in cloth and place on rack to cool.
