LUSCIOUS FRUIT SALAD 
2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (17 oz.) apricot halves, drained
1 can (17 oz.) fruit cocktail, drained
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 can (16 oz.) peaches, drained
1 jar (6 oz.) maraschino cherries, drained
3 bananas, sliced
1 red apple, chopped and unpeeled
Fresh strawberries or frozen (1 qt.)

FRUIT SAUCE:

1 box (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. milk
1/3 c. orange juice concentrate (do not dilute)
3/4 c. sour cream

Drain all fruits well. Chop fruits into bite size pieces. Mix together gently.

Make sauce; beat until smooth. Mix with fruit. Cover and chill 2 or 3 hours or overnight. Serves 15. I use the strawberries whole. Nuts can be added if desired.
