CHESTNUT MEATBALLS 
2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 1/2 slices)
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, finely chopped

Combine bread crumbs, milk, soy sauce, garlic salt and onion powder. Add (uncooked) beef and sausage. Add chestnuts. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
