CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 med. fryer
1 (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farm Dressing Mix (use dry)
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Boil chicken without salt. Bone and cut up into chunks. Save broth. In 2 quart casserole dish, melt stick of butter, sprinkle 1/3 package of stuffing, then layer of chicken.

Mix can of mushroom soup and 1 can of broth and pour over first layer of chicken and stuffing. Repeat layer of stuffing and chicken. Mix can of chicken soup and 1 can of broth. Pour over second layer of stuffing and chicken. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
