BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 sm. can pineapple
3/4 c. water
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. buttermilk
8 oz. tub Cool Whip

Heat pineapple and water to boiling. Add Jello and stir until dissolved, let cool then fold in buttermilk and Cool Whip. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and chill. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaf. This is delicious and makes a nice salad to take to covered dish dinner or salad dinner.
