Absolutely delicious! I used this sauce over Homemade Butternut Squash Ravioli. I doubled the recipe and added salt and pepper to taste. It was a family hit!

Sauce turned out beautifully - I'm rather insecure about sauces and was very pleased at the taste, appearance and ease. Served over shrimp with mushrooms, spinach and pasta.

I tweaked the recipe to use what I had on hand. I DOUBLED the recipe and it made 2 cups sauce. I did NOT double the parsley as I thought 1/4 cup was sufficient. (I also think chives could be substituted for parsley - which I will try next time) I also used 1% milk. I almost made it with evaporated milk but I didn't want any leftover of that.

Though I had fresh garlic available, to save time I used jarred minced garlic. I will be using this tonight on a frenched zucchini, onion and mushroom side dish I made prior to making the sauce. The extra sauce I will use this throughout the week over steak and pork ribeye chops, as well.

I love garlic and this was flavorful and quite tasty. It tastes like it would make a great garlic bread topping or a sauce for dipping; Even a salad dressing. Kudos to its creator. Thank you Cooks.com

This was exactly what I was looking for... I layered the bottom of the baking pan for making baked stuffed clams and it was perfect! I used twice the amount shown in the recipe for 3 dozen little neck clams. I didn't have half and half, but it surprisingly came out just fine with 2% milk.

I loved the sauce but i didn't enjoy the Parmesan in it. I suggest less then 1/3 c.

This recipe is very easy to make for a cook with limited ingredients. I used milk because I didn't have cream and I used grated Parmesan from the bottle since I didn't have fresh. I put it over penne and added some turkey sausage. You'll probably want to double the recipe since it doesn't make a whole lot and it's not very liquid so you might want to add a little more cream or especially if you're using milk like I did.
