BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. sweet milk
2 c. cooked rice
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Melt butter in heavy skillet; sauté onion and broccoli until tender. Add soup, milk and rice. Mix well. Add Cheez Whiz and remove from heat. Pour into baking dish and put in oven for about 30 minutes at 350°F.

Optional: You may add celery and bell peppers when cooking onion and broccoli if desired.
