CHEESE AND EGG STRUDEL 
Melted butter
1 pkg. filo dough

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg

Bring filling ingredients to room temperature (about 1 hour). Combine together until well blended. Refrigerate overnight to thicken.

Using 3 filo sheets at a time, spread each with melted butter. Put 3 tablespoons filling along short end of sheet and roll up tucking ends in as you roll it up. Lay on cookie sheet seam side down. Repeat.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into 2 inch pieces while still hot.
