KIWI CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 lg. eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. sugar

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat together cheese, milk, salt and vanilla until blended. Add eggs and sugar and beat until creamy, set aside. Mix 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 6 tablespoons butter, melted and 1/4 cup sugar until crumbly. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Press evenly onto the bottom and partly up the sides. Pour cheese mixture into pan and bake for 35 minutes until set in center. Remove and cool for 10 minutes. Mix topping ingredients and spread over top of cake. Return to oven for 15 minutes more. Garnish with kiwi before serving. Keep refrigerated.
