FANCY FUDGE 
1 box confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. Hershey's baking cocoa
1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
(1/2 c. chopped nuts or 1 c. miniature marshmallows can be added with vanilla)
Garnish with chopped nuts or candy sprinkles

Using a big glass bowl or microwave safe bowl, mix sugar and cocoa. Blend thoroughly. Drop in butter, peanut butter and milk. DO NOT MIX. Microwave 3 minutes on high or until butter is melted. Remove from microwave. Mix and add vanilla, mix. Pour into small buttered pan. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cut and serve. Keep refrigerated.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
