ENCHILIDAS 
1 lb. hamburger
2 cloves garlic
1 can tomato soup
Salt to taste
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 sm. can tomato paste
Pinch of sugar
Cheddar cheese
Tortillas

Combine hamburger and cloves of garlic. Simmer on low heat about 15 minutes. While this is simmering, combine all the tomato soup, salt, flour, chili powder, tomato paste, and sugar together and mix well. Pour hamburger and garlic with other ingredients. Stir well and pour 1 cup water to this and stir again. Lightly warm up tortillas. Place 1 tortilla on plate and add a few slices of cheese on the tortilla, then cover with meat sauce, then more cheese. You may want to add another layer on top.
