5 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (2 1/2 lbs.)
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice

Grease spring form pan and sprinkle with finely chopped pecans. Fill pan 3/4 full with mixture. Bake at 400 to 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is done. Remove from oven and let stand at room temperature overnight. Remove from pan carefully. top with fruit glaze. I use strawberry or cherry. When strawberries are in season I make strawberry glaze and top with fresh berries.
