PEAR RELISH 
5 lbs. pears, peeled & cut up (weigh after cutting)
8 sweet peppers (4 red, 4 green)
2 hot peppers
2 lbs. sugar
5 c. vinegar
6 onions
2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. salt

Put onions, pears and peppers through food chopper. Add sugar, vinegar, seasonings. Cook 3 minutes after boiling starts. Put in hot jars and seal. If pears are juicy, drain some of the juice.
