PEAR RELISH 
2 gallons, cut up pears
4 hot peppers, chopped
6 red sweet peppers, chopped
6 onions, chopped
1 tbsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. celery seed
6 green sweet peppers, chopped
4 c. sugar
1 qt. vinegar
8 dill pickles
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together and boil for 30 minutes. Place in jars and seal.
